Seriously, I echo these points precisely. I tried to "resist" the iPhone when it launched, and tried the N95 for a while. It has some great elements, but the fundamental flaw is the UI and operating system. It's the antiquated heart of an otherwise powerful piece of kit, and it cripples it.
